If you are using SQL Server 2005 it is recommended for performance optimization that SQL Server 2005 SP1 or greater be used in conjunction with Encore products.

Important Notice: Changes to Encore Product Registration

Encore has responded to customer and partner feedback with changes to our product registration system that ignores the Microsoft Dynamics GP user count by site name. Please follow the steps below to activate this change.

Prior to logging into Microsoft Dynamics GP with new registration keys for a change in user count, download and install the registered Encore product.

After installation of the latest Encore product build, the system will automatically update the keys for all Encore products registered to the site name and will give the user the option to print the new keys for future reference. The Encore product registration will remain valid through future Microsoft Dynamics user count changes only.

If you have already logged into Microsoft Dynamics GP before installing Encore products, call Encore to have new registration keys generated.
