Updated Information on Enhanced Customer Statement
Enhanced Customer Statement is no longer being offered for sale by Encore Business Solutions to new customers. Enhanced Customer Statement has been upgraded to GP2010 and will be available to existing users, along with registration keys upon request.
Current Enhanced Customer Statement customers will not be issued a renewal quote at the end of the current enhancement plan but will be able to use the product.
We will continue to offer support, without charge, through the partner until the end of their current enhancement plan after which support will be charged on a per incident basis.
