To provide customers with the right tools to expand their knowledge and improve their skill set, we offer shadow training and training classes. 

Shadow training:  The goal of shadow training is to improve the end users skill level.  To do this, we observe the end user while performing tasks in Microsoft Dynamics GP, document our findings, prepare a report and make recommendations that will help to save time and improve efficiency.   

Training classes: The goal of training classes is to educate customers on specific topics of interest that will allow them to reach optimal performance from their system. This type of training is usually offered in either a hands-on or presentation like environment.
