Kailey Acuña is a Senior Solution Specialist at Encore for Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain Management. Her background comes from working directly in the Outdoor Industry for a manufacturing company where she participated in a full-scale implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Through this process Kailey discovered her passion for solving problems in the system and for learning new things. Since then she has implemented integrated solutions for several clients across many industries including retail display and product manufacturing, food processing and distribution, internet services and steel manufacturing, among others. She has been a Demand Planner, a Business Systems Analyst and an Operations Project Manager, but so far her favorite role has been Solution Specialist. Kailey has several years of experience working with inventory systems, manufacturing, costing, planning, purchasing, sales pipeline and integrations with third parties and it has prepared her for tackling all sorts of challenges.
