Creating Efficiencies Within Your Business Processes (Webinar)
TRANSCRIPT
Melissa: Good afternoon, everyone. Thanks for joining us today. My name is Melissa Greenhill, and I’m a marketing specialist here at Encore. So today we’ve got Naomi Olson, from eOne Solutions. And she’ll be presenting on creating efficiencies within your business processes. We will be sure to leave some room at the end for any questions, so, feel free to type questions into the side panel at any time, and we will address those at the end. We will be sending out a recording afterwards to everyone who registered for today’s webinar. So, let’s get started and I’m gonna pass it over to you now, Naomi.
Naomi: All right. Thank you so much. Well, thank you everybody for joining our session today. We’re gonna highlight SmartConnect today. And with SmartConnect, I’m hoping that we can maybe get a little creative here, use our imagination. So, as I’m showing you about how cool SmartConnect is, and about what it can do. I want you guys to, even if I’m not showing your specific applications or platforms, I want, you’re gonna think of maybe the different platforms or applications that you are using internally and think about your business processes, just on a day-to-day basis, and maybe how we can change them a little bit in terms of creating those efficiencies. So, as you think about that, here at the very end, I’d like to hear kind of maybe some ideas or some things that you guys can do internally to help create those efficiencies.
So, we’re gonna learn a little bit about SmartConnect. Now, maybe some of you guys have heard it, maybe it’s a tool you know somebody who’s using. But in terms of SmartConnect, a lot of people think of it as just your integration tool. Well, it is more than that. So, SmartConnect itself was created by eOne Solutions, and it actually, it makes integrating, migrating, and generating your data easy. So, it isn’t just about integration, it’s also about migration as well as automation. So, let’s say you guys are doing a task on a repetitive basis. You’re gonna be able to automate that task with the use of SmartConnect. Now, kind of a funny story, of course we use our tool internally, right? But without the use of SmartConnect just within eOne itself, we would probably need about 10 more people to take on the workload that we do. So, just a food for thought there.
SmartConnected, what is it now exactly? Of course we talked about integrating, migrating, and automating, but really what it is. It’s gonna give you guys, the user, a platform. Where you’re gonna be able to easily manage those integrations, but it’s got less moving parts, it’s less technical, but yet it’s still very, very powerful and easy to manage. So, we’re gonna take a look at SmartConnect working live in action. We’re gonna talk about other resources like pricing, training. And if you do have any questions, by all means, certainly submit them via that chat feature in the bottom right-hand corner. We will also have plenty of time at the end, so if there’s questions that, you know, you have and you want to save them for the end, you certainly can do that either way.
I am going to need you guys’s participation today. So, I need all of you to pay very close attention and I’ll let you know when I need your help. All right. Well, I like to start out with this illustration. And the reason why is it gives us a really great summary in terms of what SmartConnect does. SmartConnect is a very unique powerful tool that’s going to allow us to take data from many different data sources to many different destinations where we can apply a schedule or a condition to that integration. And the key thing is, without writing any code. So, let’s say you’re not a developer. You don’t have to be. Someone such as myself who knows nothing about coding, scripting, is still able to manage our integrations. And I’ll show you more about that here too as we go throughout the session.
So if we take a look at that very top section here, we’re talking about things such as, so, here’s some of our data sources, so, things such as like your ODBC connection. You’ve got Excel and text files, or your CSV files in there, we’re huge in the GP space, as well as, you know, making our way into the NAV and Business Central space as well. We’ve got your Dynamics 365, your CRM, salesforce.com, even Extender. I don’t know if any of you own Extender, but Extender is another tool developed by eOne. And it’s a really cool tool that maybe you have some data sitting outside of GP, and you need your users to see that data, you can easily create windows and also do other really cool things by using Extender to capture that data. And a big one that we’re seeing today is gonna be our third-party web services, and that’s where we’re gonna be able to connect to those different web service applications that are out there in the Cloud and have access to grab that data.
So, maybe you have like a timesheet, I know there’s like Timely. There’s just so many different apps. I’m not even gonna name them all. But really any of those Cloud applications that you’re using, SmartConnect should be able to grab at that data. Now, we’re gonna move to the very bottom here. And we’re gonna talk about some of the destinations. And we’re gonna see some of those very similar sources. So, again, we’re huge in the GP space. NAV, CRM, salesforce.com. A more common one, maybe it’s just a direct custom SQL server application. Again, maybe it’s just Excel or a text file. And a big one we are seeing are those third-party web services. Not only are you gonna be able to grab at that data, but you’re also going to be able to send data back to those applications. So we have our data source, right? We have our destination. There might be times where we have to transform that data a little bit. And that can be done something with just a simple calculated field, right? Or maybe it’s more complex. I don’t know if we have any developers here on the line, but maybe you want to deliver your C# or your vb.net scripting. You certainly can still do that. We do have a ton of transformation that are built into the tool that makes these integrations work for your specific business needs.
Now, that very last section, this does what we call Triggers. And for that, you can kind of think of that as, when do you want your integrations to run? Now, maybe you want to hit a button and manually run those integrations. Probably not, right? That’s kind of the old way of doing things, but, you know, who knows? Maybe you want to do that. I don’t know if we have any integration manager users here on the line, but we all know with integration manager, right? You can’t schedule that out for sure. Now, maybe you want to just keep track of the changes, and as you’re tracking the changes you want to schedule it to run. SmartConnect does have a really cool scheduler that’s built right into the tool itself that’s gonna make that happen for you. Maybe this is a process, and it needs to be real-time, and it’s super critical to your business. We can actually take that data and run it through in real-time as well. So you can really mix and match any of these data connections. So you should be able to draw a line from any of the data sources at the top to any of those destinations there at the bottom.
Now, before we continue, was there any questions or comments that we had on this?
Melissa: There was one question that came in just asking, what about Dynamics AX?
Naomi: Okay. That’s a great question. So, in terms of the roadmap for SmartConnect itself, AX is definitely on the roadmap. I don’t have a specific timeline in terms of when that will be released, I do believe we have our NetSuite connector that should be released Q1 of 2019, so it will definitely be after that. But we are continuing to develop SmartConnect and will continue to create those connectors.
Perfect. Thank you. Now, remember, I did tell you I was gonna need your help. So I have a huge favor of all of you, and if I can have all of you go ahead and go to reimagine.eonesolutions.com, and when you go there, you’re gonna see just a simple web form. And if I could have you please fill out your first and last name, your email address, and then the event type. And it doesn’t even have to be real name, you can, you know, go ahead and enter in any information. And really, what you can kind of think of it is, eOne is hosting an awesome, fictitious party and you’re registering for tickets to be able to attend this party. And what I’m gonna show you now is, with your registration information that you’re entering on the site, SmartConnect is gonna be able to generate the appropriate data in both GP and CRM as a bi-directional integration. So when we think about bi-directional, of course it can go either direction. Of course one way versus the other way, but, also what we can think about is, think of the eliminating of the duplicate data entry that that can help out with. So, in terms of creating those efficiencies, that’s just, again, one example of how you can create some of those efficiencies within your processes.
So, as you’re doing that, I’m gonna also do that with you. And I believe it’s going to look like this here. So, and it can really be, like I said, any information. I’m entering Mickey Mouse today. He wanted to join us, and he was like really, really happy and excited to join us. So I’m like, “Okay, Mickey, you can come today.” So, let’s submit that. And hopefully everybody has been able to do that. And as you’re entering your data, here, I’m just gonna go ahead and get this ready to go. All right. Well, thank you everybody for doing that. Now let’s go ahead, and I’m gonna pull up GP. And when I pull up GP, I’m gonna go into the menu structure here, and I’m gonna pull up SmartView. Now, if we have any SmartList users here on the line, SmartView is a replacement to that. But we’ve added some features to it. So, in terms of, again, creating those efficiencies. If you’re using SmartList and you want to stop fumbling with your lists, SmartView is way faster, you’ve got totals to your screen, you’ve got very easy grouping and sub grouping. And so, that’s just a few examples. Also, if you want to view your lists outside of GP, you’re gonna have access to do that.
Now, one thing I forgot to tell you guys is we’re actually charging a fee to attend the party. I know, I’m really sorry. So, if I go in today’s orders, what we’re gonna see now is we’re gonna see all of those invoices that were created with the use of SmartConnect. And it was based off of just that little bit of data that you entered in on that web form. So we’re gonna pick on, ooh, we’ve got some good ones here today. Michael Jordan, and Tiger Woods, okay. I think I want Michael Jordan, I’m gonna pick on Michael Jordan here. So, what I’m gonna do is I’m just gonna double click on Michael Jordan, it’s gonna pull that invoice up to screen. And the reason why I’m going into this invoice, is it’s just gonna give me an easy way to go into Michael’s customer card, right? So here’s Michael’s customer information. What we’re gonna do now is, I’m gonna enter an address here under Michael. So let’s just do 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9. And we are gonna put Michael Jordan in Fargo, North Dakota. Yes, I know. Sorry, guys, we’re here in Fargo, it’s very cold, it’s been snowy, and blustering, and Michael Jordan is not gonna be happy about this. He’s probably gonna stick out too. But let’s go ahead and save this. And when I save that, what’s happening is, SmartConnect is working in the background, and it’s taking all of this data and we have it mapped out to map over to CRM. So we’re gonna go ahead and take a look at CRM here in just a second. So, let’s close out of this, and let’s pull up this. And I’m just gonna go ahead and open this up. Now, that very first map that I’m showing you, which we’re gonna go into CRM to see that address, is based off of a schedule. So I just want to make sure that I’m not being impatient.
So, I’m going into CRM now. As you see, we saw a marketing list, right? This marketing list, again, is gonna show us all of the members who entered their data on that web form. The first and last name represents the account name. So, we can think of it as the Michael Jordan account. And I’m gonna go ahead and, let’s see here, dive into Michael Jordan’s account a little bit deeper here. And that way we should be able to see the address and phone number. So, see this address here that I’ve highlighted over towards the left side of your screen, the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, we’re now seeing that address here in CRM. Well, that was pretty cool. I didn’t even have to enter it, right? Remember, I did promise that this is gonna be a bi-directional integration. So, I’m gonna go ahead and enter a phone number here in CRM. So, let’s just do 888-8675-309, Jenny, Jenny, you guys have all heard that, right? Okay. I will stop singing, I promise. So, I’m gonna save this phone number here in CRM. Now, let’s go back to GP, and I’m gonna go into Michael’s customer card. Now, remember, we entered the phone number, and of course, I think I’m being a little impatient here. Go ahead and refresh this.
Now, let’s go into. No, and of course I’m being impatient. So we’ll go back to that here in just a second. So, what I’ll do, and again, this one I’m not quite sure, I believe this one is also based on a schedule, but it’s scheduled like every couple minutes, or something like that. So, we’ll go back into that here in just a moment. While we’re waiting for that map to run. I’m gonna go ahead and pull up Excel. And I’m actually gonna talk about the SmartConnect add-in for Excel.
This is a feature of SmartConnect that we do not highlight nearly enough. This is a really cool thing, and it’s probably one of my favorite parts of SmartConnect. So, this Excel refreshable report that I have up, this was actually created with SmartList Builder. SmartList Builder is another tool developed by eOne Solutions. But with SmartList Builder you get the Excel refreshable reports, you get the Drill Down Builder, and you also get the Navigation List Builder. What I’m gonna do now is I’m gonna move up to the very top under the data tab, and I’m gonna click on refresh all. What’s happening is, is this is pulling in all that live data from GP. So, here, we’re seeing all of those invoices.
Now, let’s say that I’m wanting to make some changes to these invoices, but I really don’t want to go into GP to do that. So, Michael Jordan, he was so very kind and he’s like, “You know what? I feel like a nice guy today and I’m gonna go ahead and pay for everybody to attend the party.” So, we’re gonna go ahead and switch Michael Jordan’s invoice to 25,000. And I’m gonna zero out the rest of them. And now, what I’m gonna do is, I’m going to move up to the very top middle of our screen under the eOne Solutions tab. And I’m going to go ahead and click on Run Map. And when I do that, what’s happening is SmartConnect is taking all of this data and it’s pushing this into all those unposted invoices in GP. So, as you can see, we did get a successful notification. So let’s go back to GP. And I’m using SmartView again, because with SmartView we can see all of those invoices, right? So, I’m gonna refresh this. And when I do, as you can see now, Michael Jordan’s invoice is 25,000, and everybody else is at a zero. Let’s double click into Michael. Remember that phone number that we entered in GP, or in CRM? There we go. We’re now seeing it here in GP. So, that was pretty cool, wasn’t it? So that was the bi-directional integration that I promised to show you.
And then in terms of changing all of these invoices literally with the push of a button. That was pretty cool as well. So, in terms of when we talk about creating those efficiencies, so there’s just a couple examples that I showed you that would allow you to do that. Since we’re in Excel, I’m gonna show you one other quick thing. And this is something that you do get with the purchase of SmartConnect as well. And this is one of many templates that we provide you when you purchase SmartConnect. Now, what are these templates good for? Well, these templates are going to really get some of your basic integrations off to a great start. So, some of those efficiencies that you want to act upon right away, we’ve already built them out for you. So you’re just gonna be able to really get that to market a lot sooner. So, let’s go ahead and I’m gonna submit this. And it’s telling us it’s already been submitted again, which we’re okay with that, right? It’s a monthly journal entry. So we know that, we’re okay. We’re gonna click yes. And now it’s saying that our debits and credits do not match, which if we look here, they don’t. We do not tie out. Now, those are things that we’ve built into the template itself. Quality control validation, and that’s just to make sure that the data that we are pushing into GP is good and valid data.
So, when we talk about quality control, if I change the account number, it changes the account name, and vice versa. If I change the account name, what it does is it changes the account number. All right. Let’s just go ahead and make some changes. Since we’re picking on Michael Jordan, I’m gonna keep picking on Michael Jordan here. So, let’s do Michael Jordan as our source. We’re gonna put in today’s date. Also, if you are working with more than one currency within GP, you can define which currency, as well as if you have more than one company in GP, you can define which company you want this associated with. I’m gonna go ahead and add in my two cents, haha, right? All right. Now let’s resubmit this. And it’s saying it’s already been submitted, which we’re okay with that. And now we should get a successful notification, which we did. Now, let’s go take a peek in GP and see what we can see here. So I’m gonna just pull up our most recent journal entries. And when I do that, as we can see the source document of Michael Jordan, today’s date, the 211-808-11. And when I expand this, what you’re seeing now is you’re seeing every one of those journal entries are now here in GP.
Now, that just saved me a whole bunch of time. Wow. That was great. So, here’s another example in terms of how you can create some of those efficiencies within your processes. Now, I know you guys joined the session, right? To see SmartConnect and learn about, you know, different workflow efficiencies. Now, I haven’t even showed you SmartConnect yet. Are you guys wanting to see what’s behind the curtain so to speak? Okay. I thought so.
So, when I pull up SmartConnect, what we’re seeing is we’re seeing all of the maps that have been created, and these are organized into different groups. The one that I’m gonna highlight today has to do with GP, and it has to do with the illustration, the example that I showed you today. When I double-click on the map, what it does is it brings us into our map setup. And if we look at that very first tab, the source and destination tab, in this example we’re looking at a multi data source. Now, what does multi data source mean? Well, what it means is we are pulling data from more than one location. So, if we take a look here, we’re actually pulling data from an ODBC connection as well as GP.
Now, in this example, we’re using a bulk data load. What does that mean? Well, what that means is we’re pulling in all of the records. But remember, when I showed you that illustration, we talked a little bit about changes only and the real-time. So that is where you can set that up here is in the source type. Now, moving down to the destination. In this example, we’re working with GP. But remember, that illustration that I showed you, this is where you’re gonna be able to go in and choose any of those destinations that we talked about. We’ve got NAV, we’ve got your CRM, salesforce.com, Web Services, and so forth.
Well, because we’ve selected GP as our destination, we are getting all of the business objects that are associated with GP. So, as we all know, right? When we’re working with GP, we have different groups or modules that we work with. So, we’ve got things such as your analytical accounting, you’ve got your field service, your project accounting, your SAP, your PAP, and so forth.
In this example, we are working in our sales order processing. So what that’s gonna do is, that’s gonna give me all of the nodes that are associated with that specific group. So we can do things such as delete orders, process holds, void orders, and so forth. Now, if you are using Extender, see this add Extender object, this is how easy it is to literally add in any of those Extender objects. You would do that right here through that, the Extender object box. Also, if you have more than one company that you’re working with, you can certainly define which company that you want this specific map associated with. I’m gonna click on this blue available button here. What it’s gonna do is, it’s gonna group and it’s gonna show me only those fields we currently have mapped out. If I double-click on the create update customer, it’s gonna bring us into our SmartConnect interface mapping. And if we look on the left-hand side, this is our source column. So, depending upon what we selected in the map setup, we are gonna get all of the fields associated with that source. And, same thing for the right-hand side, the right-hand side those are the destination.
So, going back to the map setup. Depending upon what we’ve selected as our destination, we’re getting all of the fields associated with that. Now, going back over to the left-hand side under the source column, you’re gonna notice there’s different types of fields. We’ve got a calculated field, we have a GP rolling column, and then our source. So the GP rolling column, what that does is, that essentially just grabs that next sequential number in terms of like your SOP number in this example. And then for that calculation, I did promise you I was gonna show you how easy it was to create that calculation. I’m gonna move up to the top under the additional column section here. And if I double-click on this calculation, it’s gonna bring us into this screen here. Now, I know it looks a little scary, it’s okay, everybody, I promise. I know we’re seeing a little bit of scripting, but, don’t be scared. We have a library of functions that are built right into the tool itself. And that’s gonna make working with all of these functions and scripting way, way easier. So, I’m gonna show you how easy it is. I’m gonna grab this concatenate function, and move it into our data field here. And what it’s gonna do is it’s gonna open up a wizard where I can literally go ahead and choose first name from the drop-down box. Click next. Choose last name. Click finish. And if I validate this, we just created a calculated field.
All right. So, I’m gonna close out of here, and close out of here, and bring us back to the SmartConnect mapping. Now, let’s go ahead and map out a field. I want to show you, it is a very nice, easy, drag-and-drop interface. So if I literally grab this customer number, and pull it over to our statement name, it’s gonna map that out. Look at how easy that was. Let’s say I don’t want to drag-and-drop, you can choose from a drop-down box if you wish to do that as well. All right. I’m gonna go ahead and close out of here. We’re gonna move back to our map setup. And I’m gonna move over to the options tab here. Now, if we look at the options tab, this is where you’re gonna be able to specify if you do want to do your C# or vb.net scripting. This is also where you’re gonna set up those log events or you can set up those debugging logs as well.
If I move over to the tasks tab. Now, the tasks tab is something that you can kind of refer to as an extra processing step. And this is something that can take place either before or after the success or even failure of your map. So if we take a look at some of the tasks that we can do, you can do things such as copy, move, delete files. You can run your scripting and/or your SQL commands right here from the tasks tab. One that we see very often setup is, you can set up an email notification. So let’s say there’s something that didn’t go quite right with the integration, you can set up to receive that notification right in your inbox and handle that right through there. All right. Let’s move up to the schedule tab. Now, the schedule tab is where you’re gonna be able to schedule when you want these integrations to run. So you can do things such as daily, weekly, monthly, maybe you want to do this every third day, or every fifth day, or maybe I want this to run every hour during business hours. Literally, you can do any of that and all of that plus way more. So, the possibilities are endless in terms of when you want these integrations to run.
All right. I am going to move back to our PowerPoint a little bit. Kind of let you guys digest that. And as you’re thinking about maybe your processes and the efficiencies that you’re gonna be able to create with SmartConnect. I’m gonna talk about pricing. And we have a couple different pricing options when you purchase SmartConnect. You can do a one-time purchase of $4,500, and with that, there is a yearly enhancement of 17.5%. Or we do have a monthly subscription-based pricing, and that’s gonna be 267 per month. Literally, that’s pay-as-you-go, there’s no contracts in that. So that’s just another option for you.
Now, what are you gonna get when you purchase SmartConnect? You are going to get the full data integration suite. So we give it all to you. Remember that SmartConnect add-in for Excel that I showed you? You’re getting that. You’re also getting four instances of the tool. Now, a lot of times I do get asked, what does that mean, four instances? So, let’s say you have a dev environment, you have a test environment, and you have a live environment, you’re gonna be able to install SmartConnect in all of those environments without any additional cost associated with that. You are gonna get all of the connectors. Remember that illustration that I started out with? You’re getting all of the sources and destinations, and this is a full site license with unlimited users. That template that I showed you, that monthly journal entry template, you’re gonna get all of them as well. And that was just one of many, many different templates that we have for you.
Now, what I want to do is, we’ve actually recently released another version of SmartConnect, and this is what we call smartconnect.com. And I don’t want to confuse the two, but
I am going to introduce and have my colleague, Luke, talk a little bit more about smartconnect.com, and maybe some of the differences, and how, you know, in terms of what you can do with smartconnect.com.
Luke: Awesome. Hey there, everybody. Luke Steckler, also with eOne, a colleague of Naomi. So, yeah. Really, the whole point of this is obviously, again, kind of people are talking about the Cloud, really our goal is to give all of our clients, all of our partners, options. Whether you want to integrate on-premise, whether you want integrate in the Cloud, we’ve got the options for you. So, no matter where your systems may be based, whether it’s now, whether it’s down the road, we’re gonna give you all the power, all the flexibility. The full views within SmartConnect, and it’s now available in a completely online, completely hosted version. So no need to worry about upgrades, worrying about installs. All that’s taken care of for you.
Naomi: Perfect. Thank you so much for that, Luke.
Luke: Yeah.
Naomi: So, again, one thing that I want to point out is, you know, depending upon the different platforms or applications you’re using, one of them is gonna be a little bit better than other. If you’re using it with GP, of course you’re gonna want that on-prem. And eventually, what our goal is, we’re gonna kind of take both of them and marry it into one product. And that way you can kind of choose, whether you’re doing the on-prem install, or the on-Cloud fully hosted, you would have that choice. But, so, as of right now they are completely separate products. And one of them, you know, if you’re using your on-prem right now, or, you know, if you’re using GP, SmartConnect is definitely, the standard SmartConnect is the way to go. Perfect. Thank you so much for that, Luke.
Let’s talk a little bit about some training options that are available to you. So, even though SmartConnect is a really great tool, very user friendly, in order to take full functionality of the tool itself, we do recommend some training. So, we have a few options. We can do a Self-Paced Training, and that is where literally it’s a browser-based audio and video tutorial that’s gonna walk you through different exercises. And for that, you can walk through that at your own pace. We also have Public Online Training. For the Public Online Training sessions, these are broken up into different categories. And with those, it’s 215 per hour, as many people from your organization can attend. And so let’s say that I’m only wanting to learn about, let’s say Salesforce. You can certainly attend that one-hour session, so it’s broken up for you.
We also have Private Online Training. The Private Online Training, this session is where we can customize the agenda. So, let’s say that you have a specific project that you have in mind, but yet you’re wanting to get some training under your belt. So essentially you’re kind of getting two for one. So we’re gonna be able to customize that training and gear it specifically around your project. These are facilitated in two-hour increments. And typically depending upon what you’re wanting to do, I mean, you could purchase four hours, eight hours, you know, maybe you just want to start with two, that’s fine. Again, it’s 215 per hour, and as many people from your organization can attend.
We do have Private in-person Training. So, if any of you live like in the Bahamas, or somewhere tropical, by all means we’ll fly to your facility and train you. No, we’ll come anyways. But this is like a classroom session, hands-on with our product expert, where you’re gonna be walking through different exercises. And then our most popular is our Bootcamp. And our Bootcamps, these are certified based courses. Classroom, hands-on, two days in most cases, and this is with our product expert that’s gonna walk you through, you know, those exercises. Most of the time these are hosted prior to some of those major Microsoft events. However, we do have a full road tour that we’ve done here for 2018, as well as now coming up in 2019. So what that means is we are at a different location every single month. So, you know, you never know, we might be coming to a city near you. So, check out the events page on our website and that’ll give you more details about our upcoming locations.
Now, you’re probably thinking,”What do I do next?” Right? Well, a couple things I want to point out is, we do offer a trial of SmartConnect. So if you’re wanting to get set up with a 30-day trial, go ahead and let us know, or contact your partner. Encore, they’re a great partner of ours. They’re very well trained with all of our tools. And they can kind of get you set up and get you in right direction as well. Also, if you have other team members who you feel would probably benefit, you know, with seeing SmartConnect, share this information with your team, maybe send a link to our product page, and have them take a look. Also, if you wanted to set up something specific with your team, we do and can host private sessions, and that way we can show the whole team and let them know kind of what they’re missing out on.
And if you want to do that, certainly just email me. Or if you want to go to the events page too, we have public sessions that are given every single week, that they can certainly sign up to attend. And if you haven’t already subscribed, please, subscribe to our newsletter, that’s done at eonesolutions.com, and that way you can get all of the news about all of our new and upcoming features, and kind of what’s going on here at eOne. Other than that, I know we’ve done a lot of talking. And so I wanted to make sure that we had plenty of time to get all of your questions answered. And so, I’m gonna just go ahead and open it up for questions and/or check in with Melissa to see if we have any other questions that have been submitted into our chat.
Melissa: Yeah. Thanks, Naomi. I’ll just have a look here and see if any other questions have come in. And give everyone a chance to add them. I’m not seeing any right now.
Naomi: Okay.
Melissa: Was there anything more that you wanted to add before we close out?
Naomi: Not too much. I do want to just kind of reiterate, again, hopefully, you guys have been able to maybe think about some of those, you know, processes within your business operations. And maybe think about some efficiencies. So, if you are wanting to share maybe some ideas that have come into play, by all means, certainly do that. Maybe you have a specific platform or application you’re using and you’re wondering, “Hey, does SmartConnect work with that?” That’s another great question, you can certainly, you know, ask.
Otherwise, I do wanna mention too. We have quite a few different services that we work with. When I talk about services, so, maybe you use Concur, right? So we do a lot of work with Concur, HubSpot, Zendesk, so a lot of times we get asked those specific questions around those platforms too. [crosstalk 00:38:10]. Okay. Other than that, I really don’t have a whole lot. I’m just gonna reiterate and show this page here. So, if any of you wanted to take down any of that information, you certainly can. But I do hope everybody enjoyed the session and hopefully you guys had gotten out of it what you came to get out of it. And if there’s anything more in terms of questions, I know, a lot of times after I leave the session there’ll be like, “Oh, no, I forgot to ask this.” So, if there’s something that comes up after we end the session, by all means, reach out to us. We’re more than happy to help you out with that. Otherwise your partner, Encore can help as well.
Other than that, thank you, everybody, for joining us. I hope you guys enjoy the rest of your week. And hopefully we hear from all of you very soon.
Melissa: Great. Thanks very much, Naomi. That was great. So, look for an email from me with today’s recording coming your way soon. And have a great day, everyone. All right. Bye, everybody.
Naomi: Thanks again. Bye.
Luke: Take care.
