Use the filtering and save list function in all Ledger Entry windows and any list page in Dynamics 365 Business Central. There are various ways to filter your data. The video below will show how to filter and save views in Business Central.

Learn how to attach documents and notes to various transactions/master records in Dynamics 365 Business Central. This is a good feature if your organization is trying to go paperless. It also provides an efficient way to gather backup of transactions and identify any audit trails.
