Encore Business Solutions Sells SYSPRO ERP Business Practice to SYSPRO Canada
Strategic move strengthens corporate focus and commitment to core offerings and competencies.
Encore Business Solutions (Encore), a leading Canadian-based Microsoft Dynamics solution provider and professional service company, today announced that it has reached an agreement to sell its SYSPRO division to SYSPRO Canada, one of the longest standing and largest independent, international providers of ERP systems for mid-market manufacturers and distributors worldwide.
The sale allows Encore to sharpen their strategic focus on the growth of their Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Business Intelligence practices. For SYSPRO Canada acquiring Encore’s SYSPRO practice provides a surge of upward momentum that aligns with their growth strategy.

Under the terms of the agreement, SYSPRO Canada gains 63 customers and four consultants who combined have 50 years of SYSPRO experience.
Encore and SYSPRO Canada are committed to a smooth transition of services for their customers without interruption.
