How to Embed Power BI Reports in Dynamics 365 Business Central
Follow these instructions below to find out how you can embed Power BI Reports in Dynamics 365 Business Central. We’ll use a vendor list below, but the steps are the same for customer list, item list, and so on.
Power BI is hidden by default so click More Options from the ribbon:

Click Actions > Display > Show/Hide Power BI Reports:

You will see the Power BI Reports section from the Details pane on the right:

Click Power BI Reports down arrow button > Click Select Reports:

A new window opens and displays available Power BI Reports:

Select a Power BI Report. Then click Enable, and click OK:

The Power BI Reports Selection window has a pre-set filter and filters by words like “Vendors” on Power BI report file name, or “Customers” for Customer List.
If you want to see all available Power BI reports that you have created, click the filter button, then click Clear Filter:

And that’s how you can embed Power BI Reports in Dynamics 365 Business Central. If you have any questions about using Power BI with Business Central, please connect with us.
