Integrating ERP with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) | Webinar Series
This fall we have plenty of webinars and live events coming up to educate you on valuable solution add-ons, the CRM October Release Wave, Power BI, Microsoft Teams and more. On September 25 we’ll be kicking off our 3-part webinar series on Integrating Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement with ERP. This webinar series is ideal for users of Dynamics GP, NAV, AX or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Business Central who are considering a CRM solution.
During Part 1 of the webinar series, you’ll learn how you can remove that pesky siloed information issue that plagues many organizations today. We’ll look at improving your metrics by becoming proactive versus reactive with AI, how to start accessing your information from anywhere/anytime and follow a Day in the Life scenario of a salesperson tracking a lead all the way to the approval process.
Part 2 of the series will show you how Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) integrates into Dynamics 365 Business Central, we’ll discuss the Microsoft eco-system and how all the applications work together and dig into marketing campaigns and sales processes.
We end the webinar series with Part 3, discovering how Power BI is embedded into Dynamics 365, gaining insights into integration between Dynamics 365 for Sales and Dynamics GP and talk about Encore’s two implementation approaches.
