Journal Batch Name Disappears After Personalization in Dynamics NAV
Recently our support group brought me into a number of escalated issues that were all very similar in nature, in that the Batch names were disappearing from various Journal pages. Our Microsoft Dynamics NAV team was quickly able to reproduce and report the issue to Microsoft. We had discovered that the personalization of a journal page would result in the component allowing the selection of a batch to disappear and not be re-added.
