Management Reporter CU11 Integration Options with Microsoft Dynamics GP2015
Users can now add new companies into Management Reporter Cumulative Update 11 (CU11) directly from Microsoft Dynamics GP2015 without going into the Management Reporter Configuration Console.
The Enable General Ledger Reporting and Enable Analytical Accounting Reporting options have been added in the Company Setup Options window under the Management Reporter section which can be accessed by going to:
Microsoft Dynamics GP >> Tools >> Setup >> Company >> Company >> Options

In the Company Setup Options window you now need to specify whether to use information from General Ledger, Analytical Accounting or both when integrating new companies with Management Reporter. It is important to note that new companies will not be integrated into Management Reporter until the appropriate integration options in the Company Setup Options window in the Management Reporter section are selected.
However, prior to integrating a new company into Management Reporter you need to ensure that the new company has the following parameters defined:
- functional currency
- main account segment
- configure General Ledger parameters
- ensure company is ready for posting transactions and reporting
Once Microsoft Dynamics GP2015 has been configured with Management Reporter, users will not be able to add or remove companies through the Management Reporter Configuration Console anymore. These options will be removed from the Management Reporter Configuration Console and changes must be made within Dynamics GP2015.
