To Service Pack or not to Service Pack, that is the question?

Clients often ask us “do we need to put the latest service pack in Dynamics GP?”.  Now, more than ever it is important to keep up to date on service packs.  Service packs not only include “fixes” for deficiencies that may have been discovered, but also valuable product enhancements as well.  Keep in mind service packs and hotfixes are cumulative, so you only need to install the latest to benefit from improvements in prior service packs and hot fixes (between major releases of course).
