Microsoft Forms Pro is now Dynamics 365 Customer Voice

By now you should have noticed that your surveys in Microsoft Forms Pro now reside in Dynamics 365 Customer Voice!  This was part of the Wave 1 release for 2020.

Don’t forget to check out all of the other new features you now have access to in the Dynamics 365: 2020 Release Wave 1 Plan.

I was fortunate to have come across Microsoft MVP Megan V. Walker who posted a great video (Forms Pro Becomes Customer Voice – Q & A) that walks you through some of the questions she has received. She notes that this is more of a product re-launch rather than just a name change. It has all of the features we have grown to love with Forms Pro but with more capabilities to scale and grow.  It looks to me like there is a great opportunity to push your surveys to the next level!

In the Dynamics 365 2020 Release Wave 1 Plan, Microsoft describes Dynamics 365 Customer Voice as “an enterprise survey solution that empowers everyone in the organization to develop enterprise-grade surveys to collect timely feedback from customers and employees. With point-and-click simplicity and AI-assisted features, everyone has the tools to create, send, and analyze custom surveys that integrate directly into the workflows and the organization’s business system.”
