New Changes to Encore Care Programs
A new year means new changes to Encore Care and its programs. Starting in January 2022, Encore Care is refreshing its support offerings to better suit the needs of our clients.
First, we are simplifying our program to two choices: OnDemand and Unlimited. OnDemand is our pay-as-you-go, no upfront cost offering giving our clients support whenever help is needed. Billed in 30 minute increments, Encore Care OnDemand is here to help you in any area of your business.
Second, our Unlimited Program is updating its features as well. Responding to the growing need of our clients to self-solution and access Knowledge Base articles, Encore Care has been developing a database of articles for clients to reference as they respond to common break/fix or training issues.
Together with Portal access, our clients will have more avenues for accessing support and working with our dedicated team of consultants whenever the need for help arises. As part of our initial roll out of Portal, we limited the number of users who could access our system simply as a precaution as we navigated Portal together. We are pleased to announce that our Portal access is now open to all employees at our clients’ companies. Please simply designate whether you would like a particular user to be a Super User (can see all tickets created by everyone) or a Regular User (can only see their individual tickets).
Third, our pricing is also simplifying so clients no longer have different rates when connecting with different areas of our business for support. Now, whether you are in Canada or the United States, your Encore Care rate is $200 per hour for GP, NAV, BC, F+O, CRM, D365 CE, IT, Development, or Power BI support. Our rate for AX2009 – 2012 will be $300 per hour. Our Unlimited Pricing will stay for GP and NAV/BC clients at $55 per full user per month ($15 per NAV/BC team user) but now with a minimum charge of 5 Full Users.
Rollout will begin on January 1, 2022 with new pricing in effect immediately for all OnDemand clients. Our Unlimited clients will be placed on the new version of our Unlimited program on a rolling basis, honoring their current contract and user amounts until its renewal date. Upon renewal, Unlimited clients will receive a new contract adhering to our updated offerings and minimums. On January 1, 2022 Unlimited clients will also receive early access to our Knowledge Base (as part of our updated program), regardless of their renewal date so they can experience and provide feedback to our database of articles.
Separate from Care but a part of Support is our IT Services Umbrella Program. While supporting your Dynamics products is important we also offer many ways to protect your company as a whole. The Umbrella Packages offered through our IT team protects your servers, users and assets from potential cybersecurity threats as well as securing your ERP and hosted solutions across the organization.
