In Office 365, global admin users can manage user permissions as well as manage production and sandbox environments. Office 365 allows global admin users to make the Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) production and sandbox environments available to standard users if they’re unable to see and access D365 BC through the Office 365 portal.
Please note that earlier this year there was a licensing name change for Office 365, which is now known as Microsoft 365. All pricing and features remain the same, just with a different name.
