Prophix 11 New Error Log

As an added feature Prophix 11 now comes with a new error log to track any error, debug, or warnings that Prophix may have produced. This can be filtered by user and by time period.

This is very useful for administrators to determine and troubleshoot any issues a particular user might be having and very valuable for Prophix Support as it will allow them to troubleshoot and bug check in a more effective manner. For the customer this means faster bug fixes and better support.

To find this new error log look under System Monitor Application within Prophix 11 under the tab Error log.
