Prophix New License Type: Reporting User

There’s a new license type in Prophix 11: the reporting user. Under Security Manager in Prophix you will notice a new Reporting Function Group under the Functions tab. This new user is simply a Standard User without the ability to Input any data outside of Excel and is merely an observer within the system. This user type could be applied to your Executive team or anyone else who can make good use of quick access to reports in meetings or during presentations.
