Summit, Collaborate Canada, & User Group Membership

With the Summit conference happening October 15–18 in Phoenix and Collaborate Canada events happening in five cities in November, our team is busy preparing for both. These types of events are great opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge in your solution, as well as network with experts. This post will outline some information to help prepare for Summit, upcoming Dynamics User events in Canada this November, and the benefits of becoming a member in your User Group community.

Summit

Summit Mobile App

Before you head to Phoenix, download the Summit Mobile App! (Click to download from Google Play Store or iTunes) The app will help you plan your days at the conference, learn more about each session, and give you access to presentation materials in some cases. The app will also be used for conference messaging and allow you to connect with other users and exhibitors. It’s important to download the Mobile App because there will not be a printed version of the schedule this year.

Sessions

You will want to plan out which sessions you would like to attend at the Summit Conference to ensure you get the most out of your learning experience. It is important to not only know the time of the sessions you want to attend, but also the location because the Phoenix Convention Center is made up of multiple floors and multiple buildings. Whether you want to learn more about a specific solution or are interested in a certain topic, we have outlined a few interesting sessions below by solution:

Attendees will receive a booklet of participating Summitland sponsor booth numbers and information. Stop by Encore’s booth for your chance to win a Fitbit Charge 2!

Collaborate Canada

Another learning opportunity is Collaborate Canada, stopping in 5 cities this November. These are one-day events that feature a keynote presentation from Microsoft with a variety of educational sessions led by product experts. The event is for Dynamics users, so start looking at the agendas that are now posted for each location. Some Encore employees will be presenting at a few different locations! We will have more information coming out soon.

User Group Membership

Do you have a User Group membership? To make the most out of your Dynamics software, a membership offers benefits such as a knowledge exchange through online forums and in-person events and expands your network to include professionals and peers using your solution. Other benefits include leadership opportunities, as well as creating super users through training. The value of a conference or a one-day event can be expanded year-round with a membership, and the price for events such as Summit or Collaborate Canada will be lower as a member. It is important to continue learning to maximize your full potential as a Microsoft Dynamics user.
