Passes
A Full Conference Pass is $1995 USD. A Full Conference UP! Pass is $2445 USD and includes access to a reserved hotel room block at the Omni Riverfront Hotel, reserved seating at the keynotes and meal area, access to a dedicated lounge/work area and more. There is also a Day Pass for $995 USD and an Expo Only Day Pass for $695 USD.

Travel
The cost to travel to New Orleans will vary, depending on your location. If you know beforehand that you are planning on attending, you can start watching the price of airfares now.

Hotel
Microsoft negotiates rates with hotels within 2.5 miles of the convention centre and offers a shuttle service to hotels that are not within walking distance. Hotels generally range in cost from $160 to $200 per night.

Food
Breakfast and lunch are included each day of the conference. There are social events that take place most evenings where food is provided. There will only be a handful of meals you will have to cover.
