Service Levels

Addition of consultant of record or partner of record:
  • Ability to open up MS Support incidents on behalf of the customer utilizing our advanced support for partners
  • Can remote into Finance and Supply Chain Management environments and troubleshoot once customer has granted access
No formal change of record:
  • Can provide business consulting and troubleshoot issues over web meeting with the customer
  • Cannot remote into a customer’s environment

Break-Fix Support Unlimited Break-fix support offers assistance where users have encountered a malfunction in the modules and functionality already deployed within your business application and environment.
User Coaching and Application Guidance This feature focuses on specific questions on modules and functionality already deployed and for the purposes of providing users with guidance and coaching.
New User Orientation Training New User Training is Encore’s 20-point orientation review focusing on general navigation for new users.  This training is the first step in on-boarding new users who will be using Dynamics.  Focused Dynamics module training for new users is not included; however it can be scheduled through your Account Representative at ClientEngagement@encorebusiness.com.
Quarterly Usage Report Our benchmark report will provide you an update on your current support usage, which includes specific topics reported, by who and when, allowing you to better understand how your users are doing and where they might benefit from training.
