Challenged with meeting rising customer expectations for timely and personal service, Synergy engaged Encore for a Dynamics CRM implementation based on Encore’s previous experience in the Financial Services industry. The project included detailed business process reviews, extensive customer service module customization, integration with Synergy’s data warehouse, system dashboards, security framework implementation, and training.
Custom CRM entities were also created to manage Synergy’s wealth management clients, such as detailed information regarding Credential Asset and Securities holdings, Credential notes and documents, and a security framework around information access and consent to share details.
