The Position

The Junior Client Service Representative in the constantly evolving technology space, proactively engages clients and responds promptly to inquiries related to Microsoft business applications. Providing administrative support to the Account Managers, you will collaborate with the Team to actively create / cultivate leads and opportunities to expand value-add solutions and services we offer to transform our customers.

You are energized by high client satisfaction and long-term retention, so you concentrate on nurturing client relationships, earning trusted advisor status that will enable us to expand our footprint within the client organization. Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Provide internal administrative support to the Account Management Team.
  • Consistently follow account management guidelines.
  • Accurately and thoroughly document transactions and activities with clients in the Microsoft D365 Sales system (CRM).
  • Nurture customers with outbound calls and educational information.
  • Process online, email, and phone inquiries and requests.
  • Research and respond to client inquiries.
  • Communicate feedback received from customers to team members.
  • Follow up on maintenance agreements, support contracts, and licensing agreements.

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Post-Secondary degree in Business.
  • Customer Service training an asset.
  • 2+ years preparing business / customer-facing documentation / communication.
  • Minimum of 2 years providing customer service / technical support.
  • Experience using customer relationship management database to track interactions with clients.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Mature, professional demeanor and ability to handle issues with tact.
  • Enthusiastic and approachable team player.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • Must be fluent in English – both verbal and written.
