A win-win deal for both companies, Encore further enhances their leading position as a dominant Microsoft Dynamics partner in Western Canada and the Western United States. The expansion of their currently successful Dynamics NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central practice with the addition of more talent and a larger client footprint places Encore in a market leadership position in driving significant new Dynamics 365 Business Central client adds across Canada and the Pacific Northwest.
NeoSystems benefits by divesting of non-core assets to focus completely on their industry leading Safety and Compliance Solution ITRAK 365. NeoSystems and Encore have and continue to jointly sell and deliver ITRAK 365 to clients in the forestry and manufacturing industries.
Aligning with both Encore’s declared growth strategy and commitment to the Microsoft Dynamics business solutions line of products, this acquisition stands to provide new and existing clients with the ability to leverage the experience and expertise of a partner with a deeper breadth of knowledge across the entire Microsoft platform.
