WINNIPEG, MB, Canada – January 6, 2014 – Encore Business Solutions (Encore), one of the largest, longstanding Microsoft Gold Certified enterprise resource planning (ERP) reselling partners in western Canada, ended 2013 on a high note recording one of its most successful years in business since it was founded in 1990.  Boasting a 131% increase in top line revenue, the amplified success in 2013 was driven by strategic growth and acceleration largely resulting from a major business acquisition. With added product and service offerings, additional office locations, and a larger more diverse team of subject matter experts Encore capped off the year by cornering the Canadian ERP market. Also known in the Dynamics community as an award winning independent software vendor (ISV), Encore made substantial investments in team recruitment and professional development.

Ranking in the highest echelon of the Microsoft Dynamics global network of partners Encore achieved 2013 membership to Microsoft Dynamics Inner Circle for the 6th time, President’s Club for the 16th time and was selected as a finalist for the Dynamics Canadian Partner of the year award for the second time.

Expanded Geographic Presence, Customer Base and Solution Offerings
Adding Dynamics NAV to their ERP repertoire of Dynamics GP and AX, Encore additionally expanded their service offerings beyond Dynamics ERP and CRM, with Corporate Performance Management and business intelligence.  Subsequently, Encore built further value for their clients by offering more local presence and more cost effective onsite service options with the addition of two offices located in Calgary, AB and Vancouver, BC.

Team Growth and Strengthened Industry and Solution Expertise
Enlarging their team with over a dozen new employees further strengthened Encore’s ability to better service their customer base with increased expertise across various industries and technologies. Additionally, Encore team members collectively achieved over 20 certifications across various Microsoft disciplines and professional accounting designations.
