Essentials, Plus, and Premium: These subscription plans offer our clients a standard block of hours at a discounted rate. This plan provides a safety net of hours that works well for our clients who use support two to four times a month. While these hours don’t roll over, they give peace of mind that they can use Encore Care’s support program without paying full price.
