Encore Care Features

Quarterly Usage Report

As a subscription based offering, Unlimited clients won’t be able to see an invoice per case. This report allows our Unlimited Support clients to receive a detailed report once a quarter to show an overview of cases submitted and where users might benefit from assistance or training.

Break-Fix Support

Unlimited Break-Fix offers assistance to clients when their users have experienced a malfunction or error in their currently deployed application and environment.

Client Workstation Installs and New User Set Up

This scheduled service is available when a new workstation is invested in that requires application installation including user configuration and set-up.

User Coaching and Application Guidance

This feature focuses on specific questions on modules and functionality already deployed and for the purposes of providing users with guidance and coaching.

New User Orientation Training

New User Training is Encore’s orientation review focusing on general navigation for new users. This training is the first step in on-boarding new users who will be using Dynamics.

Licensing Discounts

While participating in a Subscription Support offering, you can receive a 5% discount on all Microsoft CSP License SKUs. (Only applicable to Unlimited program for Dynamics 365 Business Central). 

Small Scope Project Discounts

A discount of 5% on all small scope project work (small enhancements, modifications, etc.) that falls outside of your covered support. (Only applicable to Unlimited program for Dynamics 365 Business Central). 

Free Estimates

Through the Unlimited program, Encore will provide free estimates for upcoming non-support work. (Only applicable to Unlimited program for Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics GP).
