1. There are 3 Different Ways to Buy Dynamics 365
There are 3 different ways to buy Dynamics 365: In a plan, by individual module, or as a team member.
Dynamics 365 Plans
Dynamics 365 plans allow you access to a bundle of modules. For one price, you’ll get access to various components of Dynamics 365. The modules included in these plans are pre-set and cannot be customized. Dynamics 365 plans are the best value for full access to Dynamics 365 Modules
Dynamics 365 Modules
If you just want access to one module of Dynamics 365, you can purchase access to that module individually. As soon as you want access to more than one module, however, it makes sense to purchase a plan.
Dynamics 365 Team Members
Dynamics 365 team members are “light” users of Dynamics 365 modules. They can analyze data, and do limited tasks such as submitting timesheets, create contacts, approve invoices, etc. If a user accesses Dynamics 365 more than one or two times per week, odds are that they need more than a team member license.
