New Implementation Training
At Encore, training is deeply integrated into our project methodology. When you engage us for a new software implementation, we transfer knowledge to your team throughout the project so that there is no overwhelming or confusion. After go-live, Encore monitors your employees’ adoption of the new solution and provides follow-up training to ensure your success.
New User Training
If you or one of your employees needs to learn how to use your software for the first time, we offer new user training that provides the basic information needed to navigate your product.
We offer training that focuses on the “day-in-the-life” of a certain user or department, whether that is sales, accounting, inventory, human resources, or any other division.

Classroom, Workshop, or On-site Training
We can provide any type of training to groups of employees in a boardroom or classroom setting. This can be at your offices, at one of Encore’s locations, or at any third-party location.

One thing that sets Encore apart is our ability to service clients remotely. We conduct remote training via teleconferencing demonstrations and screen control, by answering questions remotely, and by preparing documentation.
In an over-the-shoulder, or “shadowing”, training session, an Encore trainer will visit your location and observe users performing basic tasks. Throughout the session, our trainer will provide time-saving tricks, corrective instructions, and new best practices based on your employees’ actions.
Train The Trainer
One of the most cost-effective methods of training is for Encore to “train the trainer”. This approach focuses on a particular individual who will become the product expert at your company. We enable them to instruct your employees on the proper use of your software.
